Citibank Credit card department,
My Best Buy card which is managed by CitiBank has held my account hostage while it is in their seemingly ongoing " review '' process for over 5 months. I do not agree with the charges and fees that have accumulated on the account due to the fact they would not allow my wife to pay off the account while I was in the hospital. Now they will not let me do anything to settle the account while they hold it in limbo. It has hurt my credit score and impacted other areas of my family 's life. They will not give me any concrete information on my account or any semblance of an idea as to when their review process will be complete.
