Amex Credit card department,
My american express blue cash credit card is supposed to pay 5 % rewards on - categories of spending at supermarkets, drugstores, and gas stations once I reach - in spending for the rewards year. i reached the limit with - in spending as of my -/-/16 billing. Since then I have continued to get only the low 1 % rewards with my -, -, and - billings. I have called many times for the last 3 months without success. My last contact was an email stating my rewards were correct, unsigned with no callback number except for general customer service. Calls made since get only long waits, transfers, and promises to investigate all without success.
