Bridgecrest calls me up to 10 times a day and has now started calling my work after I asked them not to. I recently got behind on my car payments and contacted the company to make payment arrangements. I was told that it was pay or else. I have also been told that they will move one of the payments to the end of my loan and they do n't ever do it. They send emails saying they will work with me if I call them but, when I call them they tell me there is nothing they can do. Below is the email that I sent to them on -/-/2016 DO NOT EVER CALL ME AT WORK. You tell me you will work with me on payments and that is a lie, all you do is tell me that I need to schedule a payment and I ca n't do that unless there is money in my bank account. You have told me that you will move one of my payments to the end of the term and that is a lie as well. I was also making extra payments that were suppose to catch me up, and found
do other than schedule a payment to come out of my account. I have had - cars with your company and have n't ever been behind until last year when I lost my job and yet again all I was told was sorry, there is nothing we can do. I spoke very highly of your company until I tried to resolve this issue and was given a pay or else option. I will hopefully make another payment by the end of the week.
