Citibank Credit card department,
My AME- Macys credit card ( -, - ) company refuses to correct my account from 60 days past due, per their error in processing my return, to that of a $0.00 balance, no late payment. Despite my efforts for the past 3+ months to have them correct my account and forward the correction to the credit bureaus ( - , - , - ), they refuse to do so and forward a statement of said correction to my attention. At present, - documents payment status as " current, was past due 60 days. '' Moreover, they document 60 days late for - 2016. -, too, documents 60 days late for - 2016. I have never been late in making payments. The accounting error stems from the fact that they did n't process a product return and allowed for finances charges to accrue thereby generating erroneous late payment notifications.
