Please see my report OCC filed on my behalf with the CFPB - and the - filled by myself with the same agency I would like this matter dont be achieve and be proper investigate it. Citibank is not addressing my issue correctly, Its response does n't show the time of the amount withdraw of the amount of $500.00 from its report. You said you machine gave me the exact amount that report it does n't show it and I know this Citibank ATM Machine located in the city of - the - I withdrew the money it has Cameras built in as matter fact it has -, - next to mirror and another - below where you insert your card Im attaching picture hereto. Citibank, is denied me due process on this matter to have the proof as I requested Them, If their ATM machines wouldnt have cameras I 'd undestand but my proof shows otherways.They instead choose to denied me as saying " you cant have it '' to me is like steal/take my money based on a general report, I would like to have US regulator to look into this matter to request Citibank to show its proof of the money given at the time when I did the withdraw.
