Re : PayPal Smart Connect failed Purchase dated -/-/15 for a - - - - Tablet for $980.00, Item ID # : - paid with PayPal Smart Connect for promo payments with no interest charge earning up to $68.00 rewards. Thus, I never use my credit cards and credit for payment plans that require I pay interest. Up until this time, the only reason I used Smart Connect Credit was for promo payments, since, I have over a dozen credit cards that pay me up to 7 % rewards. Therefore, I was supposed to make payments with this purchase with no interest charge ; however, the purchase failed. I was going to return my tablet But then I agreed to keep the tablet if I would be put on a payment plan with no interest charge.

Therefore, last month I paid off my table, totaling $980.00 without the interest charge that was supposed to have been reversed. I borrowed the money elsewhere ; since, I was and am sick & tired of dealing with PayPal ; - and Synchrony Bank. I did tell Synchrony bank I was going to cancel the - I did not ask for and that Synchrony Bank had transferred the interest charges to ; which, it is illegal. I am requesting for Synchrony bank do not reverse the statement balance of $59.00 ; which comprises of interest charges.. So please, help me communicate with Synchrony bank for the last time to take my complaint seriously. I do not appreciate wasting 7 months with this issue. -, inactive - - -
