I tried to contact Loan Max after receiving a letter of sale of my vehicle one day before the sale takes place by law they are supposed to give me 10 days before the sale notice of sale I asked him how I could reinstate my loan since I could n't do the Redemption process and they said it 's not available they ca n't reinstate my loan and I have to pay the full amount $3500.00 then I look up other ways to get help as far as are my rights and the contract they charge 270 % interest which is against Kansas state law where they can only charge 37 % interest then an additional 3 % interest if the loan is renewed or rolled over each time they are not trying to work with me the manager would n't really help me that much and I 'm pretty depressed because I could n't pay the payments because they knew I was on - receiving $740.00 a month to take care of me and my - kids reason I took out the loan in the first place was to pay bills and to get tires for the car
