I DID NOT APPLY FOR A LOAN WITH PAYDAY LOANS. I received several calls from - - - about a claim. Spoke to - representatives who stated that i was in default and breached contract with Payday Loans in the amount of $430.00. Was given - options to settle - - - - one time payment in full of $430.00 or installment payments on $530.00 to be received in their office within -5 days. They referenced a previous employer, and a financial institution with which I had no accounts. I told the - representative that I refused to pay because I did not originate the loan - they asked and I confirmed the last - of my SSN with the representatives and gave them my current mailing address and email address.
