Citibank Credit Card Complaint

Transaction issue

Citibank Credit card department,

Transaction issue Georgia

On - - 2016 a charge was made on my Citi Card for $930.00 with - - for a - game in -. I neither made the charge myself or authorized it. I immediately called Citi Card and was connected to security in - and was assured they would credit my account and cancel my credit card while issuing me a new one. I took this personally so I called - - and - - to advise the tickets were purchased with a stolen credit card. - assured me the order would be cancelled. I received a letter fro Citi Card dated - -, 2016 advising me I had been issued a permanent credit. it was a form letter from Customer Service with no signature or phone number. I received a letter dated - -, 2016 telling me that there was documentation showing I had the tickets mailed to my home and they were reversing the credit. Their own documentation from - show the tickets were printed off the Internet so this is not true. The tickets purchased

they could not help me. I reiterated I did not purchase those tickets and needed to speak to someone in the United States. They could not do that so I got security in the - after being on hold for over 45 minutes. He took my information and said he was going to forward it to the United States to the Recovery unit. He could not give me a name or number. I asked about timeframe for resolution and he really did not know but said 2 days. It has now been 3. I mailed a letter on - -, 2016 to Customer Service in - - since that is where the letter came from. Citi Card claims that one of the benefits with the card is $0.00 liability if someone uses the card without my consent. I feel as if I am being called a liar and a crook. I am a - year old on Social Security and did not purchase these tickets. I feel as if Citi Card cares more about the vendor then their customer.
