I have been trying to sell my home in a short sale with SLS. I have hired a listing agent as well as an attorney to facilitate this. I was informed that we have a solid offer on the property and it was sent to SLS for review and approval. Despite SLS confirming that they have all of the requested documents, they are not acting in good faith and continuing with the sale date. I have complied with absolutely every request and I can not understand why they are refusing to help me. I am in poor health and am trying to avoid the embarrassment of an auction. Please help me to sell this home in a short sale so I can leave with some dignity.
