Citibank Credit card department,
I have been a citi aadvantage card holder since -/-/2007 I upgraded my card. with that I went from a $50.00 to $95.00 yearly fee. When I signed up I was told that this year would be waved since I upgraded my card. I have called in 4 times now to get a run around. they tell me that a supervisor will call me back and they never do.
