I recently disputed this account through the CFPB portal but I have not had a response from the collection agent or creditor. Case number : - The details were as follows ; This account was not opened with my authorization and I am unaware of the details of this account ; the balance reported or am I responsible for any debts occurred on this account. As requested by - please see the accompanied Fraud Packet completed and supporting identifying document initially mailed a few months ago. Please provide me with a copy of their response through the CFPB portal for my receipt.
