Plaza Home Mortgage has denied my request for a loan restructuring for over two years now siting that the holder of the note will not allow it according to their Loss Mitigation Department. Plaza Home Mortgage is the note holder after some investigation and their admission. I was advised I would receive a face to face interview with a company called ( - ) - - - , - to go over my account and to help save my house from foreclosure. I was told they would contact me and I should just wait. I never received any contact from -, nor would Plaza give a number for them when I called. Plaza then placed my home in foreclosure and is now adding an additional - to - dollar per month onto the balance without clarifying what the amount is for on the statement or in a letter. They have also been returning my payments but siting in one of the denial that my account was not seasoned with payments so they could not restructure the loan.
