Amex Credit card department,
I submitted a credit dispute related to a charge of - on an American express CC ending in - for a charge at - - on -/-/2016. Charge was unauthorized because this reservation was not associated at any time with this specific credit card. The hotel had this CC on file from another transaction and proceeded to bill this CC. I never provided verbal to written approval for this charge. All other transactions at this hotel are associated with a signed agreement. I disputed the credit with A-P. The hotel provided A-P with folio information but never a signed agreement related to this charge. A-P made a determination in favor of the hotel on -/-/2016 without having received details from the hotel which it seems to have received on -/-/2016. I am requesting a reversal of these unauthorized charges.
