My mother died approximately - year on - -, 2015. I resided in the residence with her for many years. My mother decided to take a reverse mortgage with Wells Fargo Bank. I have tried to work with wells Fargo and my estate attorney to get me appointed as the personal representative. I feel that wells fargo has been unfair and deceptive in dealing with myself and my mother during her life. My mother has NOT been vacated from more than - year. Therefore the bank can not legal foreclosure and are in violation of the FDCPA.
