Citibank Credit card department,
On -/-/16, Citibank close my Prestige Credit Card account # - without explanation and refused to respond to my inquires. This account is an new account I opened in -/-/- and I paid the $450.00 in order to enjoy the benefits of this account. Since this account was unilaterally closed by Citibank, I would like Citibank to refund me the $450.00 annual fee I paid.
