I applied for this card so that I could take advantage of the 12 month free financing and what a hassle this has been! I have closed my account because of all the errors generated either by automated computer or by personnel. I have to mention I have talked with the general manager and sales rep and they have been very nice and compliant about reversing the charges that were incorrect. The issue has been with the numerous calls from Synchrony bank stating that I owe a late fee and my account balance is past due when in fact that is not correct! The automated pay system that Synchrony has is horrible! It doens't take out any money, even when the account was setup properly. I became so frustrated with this hassle and paid my balance in full and closed my account. However it did not end there, for some reason Synchrony bank yet again messed up and charged me $25.00 after my account was closed. I am wondering why they still have my personal checking account information after I closed my account. Apparently the $25.00 charge was interest that was due, although I was never late on my payments


your payment gets processed ''. WHAT POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!! VERY INCOMPETENT FOR A BUSINESS THIS LARGE TO HANDLE AMAZON ACCOUNTS!! I will NEVER use SYNCHRONY Bank again as it has been such a hassle to use. All I would like now is to receive a check for my $25.00 and not have to call back ever again. I have also put a very poor rating on Amazon 's website about this card through Synchrony bank and hopefully Amazon realizes that through enough customer complaints and will get rid of Synchrony Bank as their primary store card and use a more reliable, hassle free company.
