Medical Cont'd attempts collect debt not owed Debt is not mine Delaware

Recently I had my credit checked out to see if I was eligible for a car loan to my surprise I came to find out i have - outstanding medical bills this being one, they do not belong to me since I was never notified the existence of such bills. As you know these bills affect my credit score and my chance of moving forward.
