In - - I was looking for a cheap vehicle to purchase when I received my yearly income tax refund. I came across a small used car dealership near my home here in -, - called - - - - of - - - - -. -, - -. ( - ) -, ( - ) -. The Business was owned and operated by Both - - and - - who also owns - - at - - - -. -, - -. I had found a Small AWD - Suzuki Aerio Sx vehicle that was on there lot.. A verbal agreement of - was what the dealership wanted for this little car. However due to my income tax only being around - we had agreed that I could use that money as a down payment and lease the rest. They had me lease the Vehicle with a company Called Credit Acceptance Corporation of - - - -, - - Phone number - -. Which I then find out the vehicle had be lease for 4 times more then what the dealership was asking for the vehicle. The agremment was made for - and now instead I 'm locked into a lease agreement with Credit acceptance Corporation for over - not including the down payment in cash that - - - accepted in the amount of -. Any help with this situation will be greatly appreciated. Screen shots of the - conversation that started in regards to the vehicle has been attached to the complaint. Owner of Auto dealership quickly deleted - page after sale.
