Incorrect information on credit report Account status West Virginia
- contacted me by phone to tell me I had n't paid my account. I have always paid my account in full and when I received the call, I told the person I did not receive a bill in the mail and would like to have one sent to me. I did not receive the bill and received a second call. I paid my amount in full and once again asked for a paper bill in the mail, which I never received. I submitted a complaint through - and thought the matter was taken care of on my credit report until I checked a different report today and found out different.
