I have several CDs in Synchrony Bank that mature on various dates. I gave instructions to the bank to close my CD account that matured on -/-/16 and transfer the funds on maturity date to my bank account in - - -. They are holding my money despite asking the to close my account 2 -3 times over phone as well as sending them e-mail thru their own website ( secured mail ). This is not the first time. They did it in - & - 2016. I will not be surprised if they do it again on -/-/16, when my another CD matures.
