I withdraw $500.00 from Atm Machine located at the Citibank branch of the city of - CA - on - - 2016 around -. I realized the ATM gave me just $200.00, I called Citibank customer service to report this incident, They gave me conditional credit toward my account pending investigation without showing any proof they reversed the $300.00 credit given, I spoke with a Supervisor on the customer service department I told him, I need some type of proof as a video of the transaction because while after completing their investigation Citibank has not provided me proof of such the money given by the ATM just they said as stated on the letter 'they cant - honor my request '' That 's why I 'm reporting this issue to the CFPB.
