Common issue with all auto loans, I was late on my payment, and I 'm always on time with making payments with auto loan companies. This auto finance company has been harassing me every single day! They 're constantly bugging for a payment. This is my ONLY late payment with this company. I recieved a call the 1st day of bill, and immediately the manager was really, extremely rude, and being very hostile! I 've hit a rough spot this month because my wife was on maternity leave. We do n't need this type of hostility from this company. I am very upset that they go out of their way to call 5 references over 1 late payment. I already notified them prior that I will be late this month, but will definitely make the payment. This company has had a lot of issues, rudeness, and hostility towards customers. - and - has them only 1 start on the website reviews. So, I 'd like to have them stop harassing me and stop this - they 've been giving me and my family. I 'm not a happy customer with them at all! They 're supposed to treat their customers fairly and nicely if you 're doing business with them. I hope something can be done to put a stop to this.
