Medical Cont'd attempts collect debt not owed Debt was paid New Jersey

This company has been paid in full and they are still reporting negatively to all - credit bureaus. status on my credit reports say closed ; paid but is still in negative status. when I called - and -, I was told that it was not them reporting it negatively it was the company reporting it.
