USAA Savings Credit card department,
USAA has negligently refused to credit an unauthorized charge and told me over and over again that the account was correct. This has been going on for over 2 months. Today after being transferred over and over again I was finally able to walk someone through the error and they agreed but did n't know what to do. I am reporting negligence and gross incompetence of the USAA credit card company. Oh and after 2 hours on the phone with them trying to get it resolved they hung up. More incompetence and discourteous. Account has still not been corrected. Please point me to where I can receive e help in resolving this issues and do n't point me to - because they are incompetent!! behavior.
