I have a refund from Ebay, they gave me the following PayPal transaction ID -. This is from - -, 2016, after several calls and emails to Paypal they ca n't find the transaction, they asked me for all my credits card numbers, address, accounts, they asked me if I have husband, brothers, son, they asked me for the name of the merchandiser, really I do n't know what kind of mess they have there but at this time I have no refund. They asked me the transaction number about 50 times but at this time I 'm scared because I gave to them all my personal information just for a refund and I do n't know if this is normal.
