I have been with sprint for over 10 years and been very satisfied with their service. till recently after I pulled up my credit report and noticed a collection account from a company called ERC trying to collect for an unpaid - account. I have disputed this account with the credit bureaus and as well as with ERC. and as of this date no respond from ERC. I had sent to them my police report as well as my identity theft report still no respond.
