Installment loan Problems when you are unable to pay Wisconsin

I 've spoken with Security Finance asking for more time, I had asked for an extention due to the loss of my job explained very clearly numerous times that I was waiting for a decision from unemployment and then - when unemployment was denied. I 've attempted to pay with an alternative form of payment other than cash/check, I attempted to pay it off with my credit card and was refused. Now despite talking to me and staying in contact their calling family, and friends with personal information leaving information on others voicemails. They continue to harass, attempt to embarrass, and call after their open hours ( leaving messages not addressing who or why their calling ) despite speaking with me about my situation.
