I am complaining about paypal decision on the claim I filed. " I purchased iphone 6s - for - on -. I stated that I am buying it for my mother in another - so I needed clean ESN but as it turns out it did not have clean ESN, it had unpaid bliss. So I waited to get to my home - and then bought unlock service on ebay. It took a while, but today when we got message that phone is unlocked. We turned on the phone and finding out that it is on - lock!!! Phone is not going through the activation process and asking for email and password. Unlocking process that we did, does not affect - lock, it is written on apply website. Moreover, when we visited several - stores, we were told than wrapping is not factory - and that someone already re-sealed it.I am opening a dispute for this. I want either to get rid of - or i want my money back! The phone is still new, I could even activate it or used because it has - lock. '' I filed a claim asking to remove - or sending phone back and get refund. Paypal decided the case not in my favor, so no remove - or send phone back and get money. I have a phone that I cant use, I cant neither fix it or send it back and Paypal is deciding in seller 's favor.
