I made a purchase on - - on - and the total payment $90.00 consists 1 ) $82.00 from citibank MCARD -, 2 ) - - $7.00. This is a purchase but the transaction was categorized as " Cash Advance '' and I was charged $10.00 cash advance fee and $1.00 interest. I contacted Citibank may times and Citibank said - sent wrong transaction category. I contacted - many times and - said they sent correct transaction category. They asked me to talk to the other party but do not take action to correct the issue.
