United Collection Bureau , INC . Trying to play games for illegal debt collection on - account. I never charged anything on my - card for past 1-2 years. now they sending me the bill of $280.00. I ask them to send me the receipt with my signature and there is NO Reply from them for last 2-3 weeks. Looks like they have Fake website and email address? or This company does not even exist? Please Investigate are they exist? or this is - Scam?
