I sold an item on E-bay and the buyer deposited my money in PayPal. When I tried to with-drawl the money I received the following reply. Why is my account access limited? Until this issue is resolved, you 'll be able to log in to your PayPal account but you might not be able to add money to it or use some of your account features. ( Your case ID for this reason is -. ) I tried to resolve the situation and get money money but PayPal will not release it.
