Wells Fargo & Company Credit card department,
Because our business transitioned from a - to an LLC, I had closed a credit card account with Wells Fargo for our business which still had a balance owed on it. I set up auto payments and overpaid the bill by $1600.00 mistake. Since - 2016, I have been trying to get the money back from Wells Fargo into my bank account. It has been a series of misguided directions, - checks that were sent have not been received because they mailed to the wrong address. I finally received - check this week ( - - ), that I tried to deposit only to find out that Wells Fargo put a stop payment on it. I have completed every direction they have given me and yet I still have not received the Money that they owe me. This whole experience has been incredibly difficult. It appears to me that Wells Fargo is deliberately misprocessing and delaying the return of funds that are rightfully ours.
