I notified, through email, NetCredit that I was a -, received -, and that I requested relief under the SCRA from the date of notification. There was no follow up, so I called after they debited my account almost a month later with no adjustment. On the phone, - -, the agent refused to reduce the rate until my report date, I told them to refer to USC 50 section 516, and was told there would be follow up within 24-48 hours, and it 's now -/-/- with no follow up.
