PNC had an account opening bonus for a checking account. I completed all the requirements for the bonus but the bonus was never paid. This is a UDAP violation. When contacted about the bonus, PNC refused to honor the bonus as stated in the advertisement and even failed to meet their own timeframe for responding to customer service requests.
