I lost my job on -/-/16. On -/-/16 I submitted an application with mountain of documents via email to the loss mitigation department. Since, I 've repeatedly received requests to email the same documents. Each time I email them, I call to confirm receipt and I 'm told they have - days to review the documents. After the - days elapse I get another email stating they need the same documentation. I sent an email asking for my representative to phone me and she has not. Today I also sent an email with a link to a dropbox folder than contains all of the documentation they 've requested. No response. I started the process in -/-/- knowing that it would take some time. I knew that I would not be able to make my -/-/- payment. At this rate, I will not get the deferral approved before my payment is due which could affect credit reporting.
