- - claims they have transferred a Costco Credit Card I had with them to Citibank. But I never applied for a credit card from CitiBank. This creates - problems : 1 ) - - refuses to acknowledge my old Costco Credit Card account and let me download my transactions 2 ) - claims I now have a new credit card with a bank/issuer that I never asked for an account with. - - -
