On - - I contacted Enhanced Recovery - - to settle my debt and spoke with representative - who refuse to give me her last name because she claims she is the only - that works in the office. I owed a total of $260.00 and we settled the debt for $150.00. She told me I would receive my $0.00 balance letter by email. The email I receives stated that after I paid the $150.00 that I still owe $110.00. The phone call was recorded and it will be verified that we negotiated the debt settlement to be $150.00 therefore I should not be receiving a letter that I still owe money.
