I was contacted this morning regarding my delinquent auto loan. I am past due $460.00. I have been asking for a deferment on this payment for months. Every time I contact the company asking for assistance I am told no. So I have continued to make my required monthly payments. Today, I was contacted by a representative and was told the my car was actively out for repo and that I had to make a payment or they were coming to get my car immediately. So I set up a payment that I can not afford. Shortly after this phone call I received an email from the company offering me a deferment on my past due payment. So I called back hoping for some assistance and I spoke a representative by the name of -. I advised him of the email that I received and expressed that I would like to take advantage of that offer. He told me that the email is just a suggestion and that my account did not qualify for a deferment. I told him that the email stated that I did. I then requested to speak with a manager at which point he told me that he would submit my account to a manager queue and a manager would call me back at some point. - representatives were extremely unfair, deceiving and abusive. The representative by the name of - stated, " Go ahead theaten me, I ai n't doin ' nothin ' wrong. '' when I advised that I needed to speak with a manager.
