Pioneer Credit Recovery contacted me directly to communicate on their behalf to a neighbor of mine for debt collection. They researched addresses closest to the person they are trying to contact and found my number. I feel this is illegal and a gross violation of my privacy and that of my neighbor. It is not my job to communicate with their collections. I have no right to know my neighbors business.
