Amex Credit card department,
A customer was unhappy with a ring I made for him and filed a chargeback with Amex. They took my money away and let the customer keep the ring. It is the customer 's fault he does n't like the ring. I told him that the ring needed to be wider than he wanted it, but I made it the width he asked for anyways. He approved my - renderings of the ring and saw pictures of it before making the second payment. He also chipped a stone after wearing the ring for a month. So how does AME- think it 's ok to take my money and let him keep the ring? I have email trails of all of this.
