Citibank Credit card department,
I have an account with CitiBank that ended up with Fraudulent charges. Citi was good enough to call me to check on the unusual activity within 2 days of the incident. Several charges were identified as fraudulent which they said they would take care of. A few days later after review my account, I called them to ensure all fraudulent charges were part of the investigation. After several ( 5-6 ) calls, I am still waiting for them to refund all the charges. It has been since - -. At this point, there is still - charge remaining ( $64.00 posted -/-/16, Description - ), interest has been charged ( $5.00 ) and a payment is due. I do not want this to effect my payment history but am unable to get the final charge refunded. My most recent call on -, I was told said it would be credited in 3-5 business days. My call yesterday provided no additional updated ... .they are looking into it and no a supervisor was not available. Hoping you can help with resolution.
