I tried to claim the rewards benefit accrued on my account of $63.00 but PNC BANK refused to give it to me. They claim there is a & $75.00 minimum rewards balance required to claim the balance. Yet when I read the Terms and Conditions or scour their website, there is nothing supporting that statement. Still they refuse to issue a check for my rewards balance. I am no longer interested in holding a card with a company with such terrible business practices.
