- -, - and her law firm, Cox and Bleier are attempting to sue for " legal fees '' they claim where accrued while trying to collect on a debt for plaintiff, - - ( - ). Originally, the debt went to collections in - and was bought/transferred by several different agencies and attorneys over the years. Bleier purchased/acquired the debt recently from - - - -, and is now suing for legal fees, they say were ratcheted up while representing -. - did NOT hire - -, according to the conversation I had with an - representation, soem time ago. Neither firm is the original collector. Bleier recently subpoenaed my bank statements on -/-/- in an effort to move forward on the phony suit. Her office is using predatory practices to obtain money from those who fell behind on their bills and found themselves in debt, years ago, when the economy fell. The debt is over 7 years old and the statute of limitations have passed for this debt. They have no right to collect on any fees and did not represent - in any fashion.
