This is written notice to American Express that your claim has been disputed under the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ), The Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, Fair and Accurate Credit Transaction Act, and Colorado state Statutaes. I have the right to dispute any inaccurate information that is being reported in my credit file. I have requested that a COMPLETE VALIDATION of this account. In which has been being illegally displayed on my credit reports ( -, -, and - ) be VALIDATED, and if VALIDATION can not be made within the 30 day time frame allowed to American Express by law. The disputes listed in my original complaint must now be completely removed from my credit reports. ( American Express you have now legally exceeded the time frame allowed to you by law ). Your legal staff will agree that compliance with this request is required under the laws of the FCRA, FDCPA, FACTA and Colorado and Federal Statutes.

AS OF MY RECORDS, AMERICAN E-PRESS HAS NOT GIVEN ME ANYTHING, BECAUSE AS OF - -, 2016, WHEN I CONTACTED CUSTOMER SERVICE, THEY STATED TO ME THAT THE CURRENT PAY OFF AMOUNT FOR THIS ACCOUNT WAS $2200.00, '' I THEN ASKED THE REPRESENTATIVE IF THIS INCLUDED ALL OF THE FEES THAT WOULD BE ASSOCIATED WITH MY ACCOUNT ''. THE AMERICAN E-PRESS CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE THEN STATED TO ME THAT " YES THAT WAS ALL THE REQUIRED FEES THAT WERE ASSOCIATED WITH MY AMERICAN E-PRESS ACCOUNT '' AT THE TIME OF IT 'S " CLOSING ''. I WOULD NOW LIKE TO ASK AMERICAN E-PRESS, HOW ARE THEY TRYING TO CHARGE ME $8.00 FOR AN ACCOUNT THAT HAD NO PRIOR PURCHASES MADE ON IT BEFORE THE ACCOUNT WAS CLOSED, OR AFTER THE ACCOUNT WAS CLOSED. AMERICAN E-PRESS IS CONTINUING TO REPORT THAT I WAS LATE ON THIS ACCOUNT AFTER THE ACCOUNT WAS ALREADY CLOSED -/-/-! AS YOU AMERICAN E-PRESS ARE IN FACT NO DOUBT AWARE, THAT THIS IS KNOWINGLY AND DIRECTLY VIOLATING THE FDCPA, FCRA, FACTA, AND COLORADO STATUTES, TO CONTINUE TO REPORT THAT THIS ACCOUNT IS ACCURATE WHEN IN FACT THERE HAS BEEN NO PROVIDED PROOF IN THE TIME FRAME ALLOWED TO AMERICAN E-PRESS BY LAW THAT IT IS! AS YOU AMERICAN E-PRESS ARE IN FACT NO DOUBT AWARE, THE DOCUMENTS THAT YOU HAVE MAILED TO ME ARE NOT A COMPLETE VALIDATION OF THIS ACCOUNTS INFORMATION! I HAVE REQUESTED VALIDATION, NOT VERIFICATION OF THIS ACCOUNT.
