Installment loan Problems when you are unable to pay Washington

I was told when i took this loan that every payment would post a small amount to the principle of the loan that was originally - dollars. I have since paid - dollars and am being told that i still owe them - after less than a years time. The information given to my by radient cash was very misleading and not correct.
