Wells Fargo & Company Credit card department,
With all the offers of 0 % for a limited time, not all banks put the expiration date of the offer on their statements. This has already cost me $100.00 in interest charges on one credit card because I was n't aware that the offer was expiring and was given the wrong month of expiration when I called. There have got to be many more people who are losing money to banks this way. The consumer should be warned when the offer is expiring to give them a chance to pay the balance in full.
