American Credit Acceptance and I had a car loan out, I then traded the vehicle in to - - - in - - MD In -/-/-. The dealership has since then made the final pay off amount to them and the continuously report that there is still a balance. the dealership sent the check via - and gave me the tracking number of - and the check has been signed for at their facility. I have disputed this for months and they continue to report. I have sent validation letters and made numerous phone calls. As of now they have my account in repo status and reporting as almost 130 days passed due. I have even faxed over trade in contracts from the dealership. I would like this removed form my account and the remarks to be cleared as well.
