This is over wells fargo secured credit card that I - - had. I also had bank accounts with wells fargo, as the enclosed paperwork there is a - page summary of issues leading up to my encounter with wells fargo secured card. wells fargo bank was aware that we were idenity theft and robbed and I was adding my partner - - to my account, in order to do this, as my credit was better than his, we would have to be downgraded to a very weak checking account with wells fargo that did not offer us as many benefits and had horrible limitations, even though my credit was good aside from all issues with robbery and theft, wells saw paperwork I brought it into office, police reports and the whole nine and still gave us a checking account that ended up causing major issues. In light of all that we still need to put our lives back together after fallout,, and all the many many issues with WELLS FARGO CREDIT CARD, and such, if WELLS FARGO SECURED CARD takes care of the outstanding issues. But, there were issues with disputes from get go which I will go into in the resolution part. Every dispute that was made, either had witness, or turned in paperwork, or had proof of the issue and there were over - all together. Several companies I canceled a membership and I alerted WELLS, the company would following month try to put it through again. I would have to call company again, then wells, and each dispute, wells would credit, then take back, then recredit then take back. Even after I would spend hours with - issue, and I have phone records and emails to prove it, it doesnt take a brain trust to figure it out, - was - companies kept trying to recharge, several months in row, if I talked to company or not, it would be pretty clear I canceled subscription if even lets say first time it was my fault, which it wasnt. I can prove I spent well well over hundreds of hours dealing with this insane issues. I would go use the card, and the money that I thought was there, sometimes hundreds of dollars, would nbe taken back of card for dispute that they already told me was closed and in my favor. So on top of making - 15 calls a dispute I would have to call over the dispute being taking away as well. Many times I Was - with no balance on card even though I paid my balance every time it got low, sometimes 5 or more times a month. And there were many other issues, like WELLS called me and said there was some really strange activity on my card, and it did not look like they were my charges, there was over $700.00. I looked, and my card was gone, at this time we still dealing with idenity theft issues, but I could have dropped the card somewhere and someone picked it up, we were experiening a lot less idenity theft issues, and there was no one around me and I tried keep all cards and such far from anyone take, so I could dropped it, She cut card off just in case, and when I Got new - not only few days later WELLS cut card off without notifying me with $650.00 in disputes from up to 2 years prior that they took back off my card even after dispute was " CLOSED '', there was $700.00 in new issues which I was still trying figure out if indeed t was someone I may known, and NO it was not. And there was ton of weird fees all over place.
