Citibank Money transfers department,
International money transfer Wrong amount charged or received
I am a - citizen. I do have a fund of - with the CITI-Bank. Because of the new - rules the bank asked me for the transaction of this amount to pay - .I have payed this amount. The Bank asked me after this payment to pay another - for the transaction. This procedure seems very strange to me. I have the suspicion of a fraudulent procedure
